The best thing about the new Watercolour Wings stamp set is layering. Simply use several of the stamps in different colours to get masses of butterfly options! I used my blender pens to fill in any white bits with a touch of lighter colour.
This stamp set also has two sets of coordinating dies that allow you to layer it upward. Here I used an offset piece of vellum to give a bit of subtle interest. And don't ask me how I managed to stick the tiny metallic thread in place with very little to anchor it to. It kind of just happened with a bit of random sticking...
This week marks the end of a full year as Artisans. Most of us are excited and able to carry through to the extended date in October, but sadly two of our lovely ladies will be posting as part of this hop for the last time. We wish the amazingly talented Vicky and Lisa well and thank them for sharing their talents with the world. Be sure to follow them in their creative projects over the coming months and leave them some extra love on their blogs this week.
Time to hop through to the lovely Teneale!
What a super cute and simple card! I need to get out my stencils and put them to work. Thanks for the inspiration!
