Anchor Me with Project Life - Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

'Anchor Me' has long been a phrase that resounds with me. I first heard it in the Greenpeace remake of the 1994 Kiwi classic by The Mutton Birds. See video below - be warned, I have had this in my head all week.

BUT, no, it wasn't actually the song itself that made me pick this phrase for this page; instead it was the idea of putting down roots in good soil. So without further ado and before I introduce any more metaphors, here's my project for this week!

I'm loving our new Project Life range and the best thing is being able to make your own 'cards'. Check it out.

Three small drops of the Pool Party reinker brushed around with an aqua painter creates a really quick and easy background. The 'love' is hand drawn. That's the beauty of the Project Life journalling pens. One thick and one thin.

  13. I keep meaning to congratulate you Susan so I'll do it now before I forget again! Awesome that you are on the Artisan team but so well deserved, your work is amazing! Thanks for the trip down memory lane too - I didn't have to watch the video, that "Anchor Me" song is now running through my head anyway! When it came out, I was working for Anchor Products and that song ran through my head every time I saw a milk tanker, which was a lot!
